St. Antony’s Hospital Trust, located in Kainakary, Alleppey district, Kerala, started in 1998. Currently, the hospital is managed by the CMC Sisters and operates as a 10-bed facility. It provides healthcare services with a dedicated team consisting of 4 doctors, 5 nurses, and 3 other staff members. The hospital serves as a vital healthcare provider for the local community, especially catering to the needs of the poor and marginalized people of Kainakary.

Despite its crucial role, the hospital faces challenges, including the absence of road access, which makes it difficult for patients and staff to reach the facility, especially during adverse weather conditions. The hospital is located in a rural area, which further complicates logistics. Nevertheless, St. Antony’s Hospital Trust remains committed to serving the underserved population, providing essential medical care and support to those in need.
