                    Morning Star Medical Centre is the long cherished dream of Fr.John J Pinakkattu. It was established on January first 1985 as the Golden Jubilee memorial of his priestly ordination with the purpose of providing quality health care to all sections of the society at affordable cost. From the beginning this hospital is managed by the Sisters of Nazareth St. Mary’s province, Kothamangalam. We are committed to delivering healthcare on standards prescribed for catholic hospitals in India. Besides the various medical surgical and super specialty services, msmc Global cardiac center, there is a School of Nursing and paramedical training center. We also have community health projects in the form of rural medical aid programmes and regular free camps in various parts of Idukki District
