Assisi Mission Hospital at Parappukkara, Thrissur district, is a Charitable Institution run by Congregation of the Sisters of Charity, DePaul Province,  Potta. It is located at Parappukkara Panchayath, serving the people from surrounding rural area. The foundation stone was laid on 6^th of February 1976, and it was started as a small dispensary.

Now Assisi Mission Hospital is a 45 bedded NABH Entry Level Accredited Hospital, with various clinical services like Anaesthesiology,Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics and neonatology, General Medicine, Orthopaedics, Urology, and Dermatology .We have support services like Ultrasound, x-ray, ECG, Clinical biochemistry, Hematology, Pharmacy & Dietetics.
