St. Antony’s Mission Hospital - Pazhuvil, Thrissur district, Chazhoor Grama Panchayath ward number XIV Door Number 252, is promoted  & owned by Rev. Sisters of Franciscan Clarist congregation, Thrissur province and was inaugurated on 19/3/1987.

 

This is a 45 bedded village hospital & situated in the East Coast rural area of Kerala state. The object of the trust is to provide quality medical service to the public, irrespective of cast and creed. The local people belong to average class and they depend on this hospital for all their daily medical needs. There is no other main hospitals within 15 km. As per our present status the average out patients are appro. 60,000 and In-Patients are 6,000 per year. Nearly 75 staffs (including 15 Rev. Sisters) are working in different departments of this hospital.

 

         Apart from the daily OPD, Hospital conducts outdoor clinics & camps under different departments, in the remote areas of the village on regular basis. Hospital is also rendering its humble services to the OP& IP patients through the following departments namely;-

 

     General Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology, Orthopedic, Pediatrics, Dermatology,

Ophthalmology,  ENT, Dental, Psychiatry, Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology,Homoeopathy, Naturopathy, Speech Therapy-Speech Language Pathologist.

About 15 & more doctors are serving in the hospital.
